Bullet Tuna Summer Salad



Ingredients


1 tin PYSCIS Bullet Tuna

1 bunch of asparagus

2 eggs (boiled 4-7 minutes depending on desired softness)

2 heads of baby gem lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Half a cucumber, sliced

A few pieces of red onion

Olive oil

Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper


Instructions


Assemble all the ingredients

Dress with olive oil and lemon juice

Season with salt and pepper

Enjoy!
