1 Tin of PYSCIS Sardines
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp of shredded ginger
3-4 tbsp of chopped scallion greens
Warm cooked white or brown rice
Warm skillet over medium low heat and add the entire tin of sardines, including oil. Stir gently then add sake, soy sauce and shredded ginger and cover. Simmer to reduce sauce.
Add rice to a bowl and top with sardines. Spoon the remains of the shredded ginger sauce over the sardines.
Garnish with chopped scallions and enjoy.
