3-Pack 'Baltic Gold' Sprats (2023)

Our delicately smoked sprats are prepared according to a 100-year-old recipe from Riga with a hint of mustard seed in the rapeseed oil. The shavings for smoking are made artisanally on site out of 100% native black alder wood.
 
Our sprats come off local fishing boats only in winter, and are processed fresh without having been frozen.
 
Produced in Latvia exclusively for PYSCIS.
 
Ingredients: Smoked sprats (baltic sea) 20-25 pieces, rapeseed oil, salt, mustard seed flavour. 
Net weight 160g, drained weight 112g.
